Construction of Nine-storey of 18 No. luxurious apartments and one Pent House with two level basements. Each apartment is fully furnished with built-in kitchen and wardrobes. The scope included all civil works; architectural and building works finishes, MEP services and associated external works such as a swimming pool, external electricity power supply, external water supply and drainage works.
