The project comprised the construction of switch data centre at South Odorkor and South Legon. It primarily entails the construction of a processing and data building, a power generation building, an office complex, a switch gear and substation building, a warehouse and an underground water tank. The works also included the construction of a drainage system, road, car park and a fence wall.
