It takes special buildings such as One Airport Square to put the city on the map. Striking, contemporary in style and design with the occupant in mind: One Airport Square is the pioneer in Greenstar certification in Ghana whith a 4star rating.
The works included the construction of approximately 32,000 gross area with a double level basement, with main superstructure fixed on seismic isolators (the only building in Ghana with this technology), groundwater harvesting, energy efficient façade, MEP installations and all interior finishes.
