Micheletti & Co. Ltd. is one of Ghana’s leading Civil Engineering and Building Construction Companies in operation for over 50 years. Throughout its existence, Micheletti has been involved in planning, designing and building projects, providing its clients with a comprehensive service throughout the entire life cycle of any project.
Micheletti & Co. Ltd. was founded in Ghana in 1955 by F. Micheletti, an Italian entrepreneur. In 1963, the company was incorporated as Micheletti & Co. Ltd, a private limited liability company under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179). Through exceptional performance over the years, the company obtained government certification under Financial Class ‘D1’ and ‘K1’ from the Ministry of Works and Housing Cert. registration # D 00425A.
In 2004. Micheletti & Co. Limited was reborn under new shareholders and management. As a result of the new ownership, the company is now part of a broader group of companies engaged in Civil Engineering, Construction and Construction Products, and Estate Development. This strategic alliance offers significant benefits to both the company and potential clients. Throughout the years, the name Micheletti has remained synonymous with unparalelled quality in residential, commercial, and government projects.
